Supporting your independence

New to home care?

Looking to switch?

As we age, living independently at home is not always easy. What was once a simple task, may now be difficult. However, with the right support you can continue to live independently at home and keep enjoying your local community.

From February 2017 you will have the option to choose your service provider.
Switch to Anglicare now.

You're unique. Your support should be too.

Everyone has different needs, which is why we take the time to understand your circumstances and how we can support you. We know that over time your needs may change, so we will change with you, offering products, care and services where and when you’d like them.

Our knowledgeable staff will work closely with you to understand how we can assist to make life easier and develop a plan that’s designed to meet your needs and budget.

Why Switch?

There are a number of reasons you may wish to switch home care providers. You may not currently be able to access all the services or products you desire; you may be unable to receive your services at a time convenient for you; or you might feel like your services aren’t truly tailored to you and improving your quality of life.

Whatever your reason for changing, we’d love to chat with you to see how we can help you live independently at home.

Why Anglicare at Home

It is our desire to enrich the lives of those in our care and strengthen the community in which you live. This is why we started in aged care more than 160 years ago and were one of the first providers to bring health and care services into people’s homes

1 - Experience, understanding and expertise in aged care

With this experience comes knowledge on how to best care for older people, from simple things such as the best way to help you get started each day to providing a suite of health services tailored to your needs so you can make the most of every day.

2 - Your feedback matters to us

Your satisfaction is our most important measure of quality improvement - doing better tomorrow what we are already doing well today. Whether or not we formally ask for your views, you are always free to give them and we will use your suggestions and ideas to improve wherever we can.

3 - Investment in research and practice

Not only are we committed in providing you with the best quality care and support we also invest in research to discover how we can improve our services and provide innovative care services.

How we support you at home

1 - Wide range of services

We can offer you a wide variety of services and products. In the event where we cannot provide the product or service you desire, we can organise it for you or put you in contact with someone who can. Not only does this mean you will receive the care and services you want, but you can also top up your package with other services and products you may currently not have access to.

2 - Flexible package management

Just as each person is unique, so too are your needs and circumstances. For this reason we have been working hard to develop a number of options in helping you manage your support. If you have a home care package we can offer you minimal support, complete management of your package or anywhere in between. And better still, your care plan can change as your needs and circumstances change.

3 - Care plan to suit your goals

Your care plan is designed around your goals and what we can do to help you make the most of your everyday. Your goals may include:
